To do this is alot of work, you have to first collect up the evidence by pulling all the possible plaintiffs (those that lost money). document everything and pitch it to class action attorneys to find one that will take it on contingency.

the better the job that is done in documenting, the easier it will be for them to smell blood and want to take up the case.

after that, its in their hands to go through the process.

i do not have the time for this. there should be plenty of pissed off enough webmasters to take up this fight.
