well - actually it does not matter much if a camera man is involved or not. the camera is blocked, the room is blocked, the model wants to get paid for it and the camera guy cannot do much else in that time than having breakfast or so.
i am sure you will have someone offering this to you for $100 and others will demand maybe $300 - exclusive of course.
