umm first of he didn't really make a "parody" he didn't film the scenes or hire the actors or build the set. He added text to a video. While it might be funny, it also doesn't mean the original producers has no rights to their product.
If that video is by your theory a "parody"... I could then take any movie I wanted add text to the bottom and claim it's a parody.
When you start putting out all your work for free on the internet so we can all "timeshift" it.. Then you can talk. Until then you are nothing more than a supporter of theft and copyright infringement.
