The people who think a conviction without proof in this case is a good thing are nuts.
It's like agreeing with a Satanist getting convicted for sacrificing an animal...even though there was no proof, no eyewitnesses and no animal carcass....but the judge was a member of PETA and we "know" that Satanists sacrifice animals, so he deserved to go to jail even though there wasn't "proof" in this particular case that he did it.

I don't know if what gideon is saying about the facts of the case are true, but since none of you have refuted it and are praising the conviction anyways, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
