regarding graph and fair use, you cannot possibly know who's entitled to what material to timeshit or shift any other way so you just going to give everyone everything without validating their license to timeshift a particular material? see the flow here? current technology is unable to verify if you allowed to timeshift a particular material or not. so you giving away other people works assuming everyone will timeshift only what they honestly think allowed? you mean we live in the world where people are so honest that no body will touch a bunch of money laying on the road well knowing that its someone else's money they just left it there to come back for it later????...no stealing?? for real?? what are you trying to justify?
