What's all this talk about using the VCR as precedent?
Yes, the VCR is legal, but making your copy available to millions of people for free or for profit was never legal.
The torrent technology may be legal, but making copyrighted work available for millions of people will never be legal, nor should it be.
Are you trying to argue that because the underlying technology is legal, that everything that you do with that technology is legal as well?
