you want to have your own distribution channel set up your own tracker and give it all away if thats your business model.
sites like PirateBay whose only intention is piracy probably won't be around for long. they have no business freely distributing other's intellectual properties being middle man and ground base for crime and that will catch up on them and bite their asses, in my opinion
we understand that the technology behind is genius and makes it look like no one does the crime especially connecting grounds like PB, according to laws that were based on VCR cases, that's why they still online, but it will certainly catch up to them just like it did with Napster.
