Our focus would be to keep your customers happy and help them with whatever issues they are having with the site, even if that means helping them cancel. Having the best customer service at the end of a subscription can also lead to the customer returning in the future! Of course, we also want to elliminate the burden on webmasters of having to tend to cancel/support requests.
The other route is by using it as a sales technique at the same time. Have our chat links added to your tour to promote it. Of, if they cancel one site, we could also recommend another site in your program they might enjoy at the same time etc.
So, what would that be worth to you?
