ok good point let me answer that with a question
http://news.aol.com/article/virtual-porn/544064
a man was convicted of distributing kiddie porn because he stuck a face of kiddie on a nude models body.
he had to buy the nude content from someone
now that you
know that content can be used in this way do you have an obligation to stop it, or should you ignore it and make money off of selling it.
My analogy fits because as i have repeatedly pointed out the same swarm that is used for a legitimate purpose (fair use) is used for infringement (non fair use).
Likewise your content sale could be used for a legitimate purpose (free speech- sexual enjoyment of adults) and an illegitimate purpose (to produce kiddie porn).
my answer is a 100% consistent in both case
punish only the person who is actually committing the infringement.
is yours ?
