This has no chance of passing in the senate, it passed in the house because they paid millions to these idiot congressmen. Do a search on senator Inhofe, as senators you
will have more pressure placed on you by your voters.
In the house it is a different place, this bill can be put on hold. You have senators from
coal states and indusrtrial states who's bussinesses will be destroyed by this power grab.
This is nothing more than taking money from the west and giving it to third world countries.
If you really think that we have all of these new forms of energy your fooling yourself. Sure people will say that big oil is not letting it come out, but the green forms of energy don't work.

Just one horrible thing in the bill is that all 50 states have to build their homes under California rules. WTF is that?, do you know how that will destroy the contruction industry.
