gideon, my question was not about "infringement" of the cp content, virtual or not, and the potential use/abuse, but if they are obligated to stop it and report it, if they know their website or server is used for that purpose? Yes or no?
And if they ignore it, shouldn't they also be punished?
This is not a technical or legal question, but establishment of morality.
