agreed,
no body gives you a right distribute it for any other future "possible" shiftings by others; you cannot do that on presumption they might have the same rights as you.
and we still have a problem with torrents and tubes, even by your numbers there is a substantial leek in profits of those whose content is being used and posted on such sites with out author's consent.
