thats exactly my point , most people agree its not legal thus it should be illegal , thus thats why pbay got busted.

actions ? most people use it for sharing copyright material they do not have the right to download or share, there may be many legal torrents being used legally , doesnt make the illegal ones legal, nor does it make it the majority of their service , MOST people aren't using it for legal purposes. just like pawnshops , they get regulated different than other shops, because people realise they are used primarily by criminals if they are not regulated.
