All this bill is, is a Government sanctioned ENRON style ponzi scheme. It doesn't really matter what these fools pass anymore there will be loads of past and present political figures facing lynch mobs before it's all over. That is unless they get lucky and some break off and start turning on the others to save their own ass before it gets to that point.
