This is total bullshit. Sites that trade traffic don't get so much shit traffic - unless one of the trades deliberately buys it and then sends out in exchange for quality US/UK traffic.
That's what happened to MrFriskies, but his trades found out (because it is unnatural to be getting so much crap traffic) and narowed it down to him.

Thats correct indeed. And after that happens, you find out how come, and fix the shit. In my case it meant kicking out my former partner, and starting the website allover again, losing everything i had then. Which i chose to do. Google turkey loved dump sites and tubes for a while. Since some weeks they seem to put the rankings down. Its just a matter of blocking traffic if you still have it on your sites.
