thats debatable... be honest if someone touched your child it doesn't matter how much money was offered you'd want to beat the shit out of that person and have them go to jail.
With that said even michael did admit to sleeping in the same bed with kids but he's mind set is different... he never had a childhood literally, so as an adult he tried to live out his childhood... as sick as it may seem to a sane stable person, you can't honestly judge and say how an non-sane person should be if you've never been in that situation.
not saying he did or he didnt just that he was an easy target because of how he was and the money he had.
