Because you're talking like this is some new phenomenon. Remember last summer paying 5 bucks a gallon for gas? Fesh produce goes up, everything being shipped anywhere goes up.. Big deal, we know that. We've KNOWN that forever, and yet every fucking president and legislator kicks the can down the road.
