PP, this recession is very weak... it can't hold a cup of tea to the 80's and even parts of the 70's. This is WHY he is doing something now, before it gets really bad.
You make a good argument but you leave out massive factors, like people changing over, energy/technology and industry that has already changed over... and time, this doesn't happen today and it doesn't just happen all at once, it's a slow change - SO - other technologies/industries/jobs/technology can catch up and replace them.
Driving our entire Country "ahead of the world" making us the leaders of alt energy solutions that can sell all over the world, driving the costs of everything down, putting more people to work......
If you want to tell facts, how about you spit all the facts out.
