I'm sure you're not the only one who got hurt.
But, isn't it hard for it to be a "ponzi" scheme when it has nothing to do with investing?
Maybe I'm missing something but generally its just a matter of not having funds to cover what is owed. That's not ponzi.
But then again, I have no idea what happened with TrafficDude.. so..
