The complaint detailed a number of other sexual conversations and encounters from O'Reilly toward Mackris, as well as O'Reilly stating that radio talk show host Al Franken would "get what was coming to him," (NOTE: I do not think he was referring to the Minnesota Senate seat which Franken won, but is still being contested more than half a year later), and that any woman who crossed him (O'Reilly) or Fox, would be destroyed.
