but only thing i can add, and i don't know if this is fact, but saw this at a local plastic surgeons office. but he said ideally would be to get the persons body in shape, as in not being a fatty for a few months, and to wait til early 20's because its possible for breats to still grow?
i guess we all know it comes down to the doctors though, sadly many in the us will butcher people for cash. i don't know if their is any legality about getting implants at any age though, i doubt it.
i personally think that would be pretty fucked up for a flat chested 16 yeard old or so, to want breasts so bad they would get implants that young before growing up. but what can you do if it makes them happy.
