China can sell itself to what? If it 'buys' anything its with our dollar, putting more dollars on the market, which lowers the value of the money they currently have.
If they change currency, they will want more for our dollar - all the dollars they have, would be worth far less, thus getting them less new money, thus us buying less, then producing less, the 'people of china making less AND THEN we can do them, what they're already going to us.
If the U.S. Declines, China Declines.. just like they are. They are on a mad hunt for oil/natural resources, because of our dollar. But that isn't going to 'help the people' of china, just the Gov. And changing currency, would still dilute all the money they have.
If they did this, your products.. wouldn't inflate. That .25 cent golf club you pay $500 for, will finally be worth $5 not $1000's. Some materials, will sky rocket.. but overall, all that trash China sells.. will be worth, trash.
