It is very obvious to me that stileproject is your precious. Hire and build the team you need in order to blow the site up and attain your ultimate goal. If in a year or so you aren't happy with the newly assembled team, well then you can sell. Better to regret not selling, than to regret selling it. It can always be sold, it cannot always be bought back.
