I say hold onto it man, like everyone else is saying. If that is your baby and the only reason you're selling it is because your buddy got another opportunity, it doesn't seem like a good enough reason. I can guarantee you will regret it later. Especially now with so many people looking for jobs in this economy, there is plenty of talented people who would JUMP at the opportunity to work with you and help you build what you want. Good luck w/ whatever you do with it though, your site was one of the originals and I have mad respect for what you've done.
