Seems to be the case - talked to a few others in the industry that this has happened to in the past, so it's not a first. We can trace the transfer up to a certain point, but then yeah, it pretty much disappears. The banks and ePassporte are being helpful, but these things take some time, and every passing day is damaging. Kind of just playing the waiting game right now as the hunt is on. If it was a small amount of money we would just make the transfer again in the meantime, but unfortunately it is not at all a small amount.
