I really wish I could give a concrete answer, but I'm afraid I would just be digging a deeper hole because honestly I don't know. We've never had this problem, but talking to others it was generally "after week or two of email tag we got it worked out". I can say that as of yesterday our payment dept. received from ePass the "I have sent this information to our Accounting department. I will notify you once located and loaded to your account." email. So, it's in the process, but we're pretty much at their mercy at the moment and would like that answer as much as anyone else affected.
