...besides H&R Block?

I have been pulling my hair with them for the last 5 hours, seems I can't remove an item that is not allowing me to efile because I live in Puerto Rico.

If H&R Block can't help me within the next 48 hours I need a service I can get online quick with and have the ability to delete items with ease, and add etc. I need total control of my return.
