A couple of points...

1) That is all automated, there is no way someone would do that amount of work for that cheap otherwise.
2) Flooding backlinks to your site all at once is probably the fastest way to get your site sandboxed in google.
3) As mentioned earlier, buying links is a waste of time.
4) Since its automated, everyone who buys the package gets links from the same sites, thus telling google that these sites are link farms.
