I think you are way to open to the public with all the hype about you selling... Asking GFY or posting about it on your site is probably not the best of ideas.
Keeping things on the DL will get you the real buyers attention. Now that you posted it on GFY I am sure out of the 300 emails probably 10 will be worth looking into.
Anyways good luck with the future and hope all happens for the best, you selling it or not ;-)
Oh and if the site can run by itself for 1 week and you have people to keep an eye on it... GO ON A DAMN VACATION!!!!!
