hey man... good luck with the sale.
Something unique with a tube would be likely what you already have... a site with daily articles mixed in with the vids.
If you do end up keeping your site remember me if you can because I am developing a slew of sites which would make your surfers, you and myself money. Your traffic would be golden with these sites...
