I used basecamp for awhile, I liked it. I created my own using vbull. 90% of my work comes from the boards so everyone knows how to use it. I create private client forums to manage everyone. I get e-mails when they post for a quote, they get e-mails when I post projects and updates for them along the design process. I keep all the psds and files in their sections as well. So they don't ever have to hit me up on icq and ask for them years later. Keeps it very organized and things don?t ever get lost over e-mail or over icq.
