I'll spell it out for you.
Our lovely species has a long, heart-warming, recorded history of profound racism. Its victims include millions upon millions of dead, beaten, suffering, ignored, or otherwise negatively affected people, families, and nations. Surprise?
Someone who is passed over for a job for being the wrong color with the wrong boss is a victim of racism.
Someone who is killed for being the wrong color at the wrong time is a victim of racism.
Groups who are targeted for extermination for being the wrong color in the wrong place are victims of racism.
You, however, were a victim of jackasses in the middle of the street late at night.
After you initiated aggression rather than SIMPLY driving around -- taking care of a baby no less -- said jackasses included "white" in their barrage of shouted insults.
Consider this: don't you think those same jackasses who were looking to stir up shit would have stirred it up with ANYONE that night in the same situation?
Okay. Technically, I suppose you may consider yourself a victim of racism. My point is that perhaps you should feel just a tidbit lucky that this is the worst you'll ever see.
