Groups who are targeted for extermination for being the wrong color in the wrong place are victims of racism.
You, however, were a victim of jackasses in the middle of the street late at night.
After you initiated aggression rather than SIMPLY driving around -- taking care of a baby no less -- said jackasses included "white" in their barrage of shouted insults.
Consider this: don't you think those same jackasses who were looking to stir up shit would have stirred it up with ANYONE that night in the same situation?
Okay. Technically, I suppose you may consider yourself a victim of racism. My point is that perhaps you should feel just a tidbit lucky that this is the worst you'll ever see.

How exactly was one to drive around them, I could have chosen
A: go to the left and fall about 6 feet into a huge ditch in a construction zone
B: go right and run over second dude and then into a large set of trees and bushes
C: go straight ahead and run over the first dude
So in your book unless you are beaten severely, or part of a mass murder, or are killed it's not worth mentioning?
I can see the sense in that.
