Sorry that happened to you...by no means is that situation acceptable by any race of people.
I had a similar situation 2 weeks ago when a black guy took my parking spot at the grocery store...I shook my head and parked 2 aisles away. The dude ran up to my car before I could get out and banged on the window and started yelling..."YOU GOT A PROBLEM MUTHA FUCKA?!" "Step out whitey!"
Now first, I'm not white...far from it...so this was weird...thought the guy is blind and stupid...but the minute I stepped out of the car and the guy saw my height and build the he backed down...he started walking a way talking shit. I yelled out at him..."Come back...let's talk this out. " LOL
My point is that there are asshole racist fuckers in every country, culture and race but what we can you do other then just blow off those statements or pretty soon you're fighting the world...you did the right thing Rob...just leave and chalk it up to the Idiot of the day...it sucks that you had to experience that with your kid in the car.
Now...all these jackass racist statements from everyone else about Arabs are really pathetic...and certainly show the amount of racism that is equally brewing in your hearts too.
Don't gimmie the BS about...well I hate only the bad ones or only want to kill the sand nigg** this and that...your vile statements make you no better then the assholes that you are all complaining about.
Grow up...the world is what it is...no matter where you live you will run into assholes. Before the arabs, people like you were bitching about blacks, mexicans, irish, italians, poles, jews...in other words...people need a scapegoat to feel better about themselves.
