Don't push away chat traffic just because of a few bad apples. A few webmasters do it correctly, without complaints or frauding the surfer. Always make them push a landing page they host, that way you can see the offer.

Hence..PH chat webmasters being specified because there is a certain brand of chat that is coming from that corner. Other affiliate managers will know what I am talking about, trust me.
