As for the script, for Wordpress, you will probably want to use the .htaccess script and I'll send that over attached to the link email.
For other sites, use the php code and just include it at the top of your page and it redirects for you.

For my blogs using wordpress I'm just using the redirect code and seems to work perfectly. I just added the code into the Header file of the template editor.
