When the porn companies can't afford to produce new any longer, and 'the surfers' start seeing the same old tired scenes over and over for extended periods. They will start to directly see the repercussions.
I am not saying the light bulb will go off and they will want to pay for it immediately. However, once they river of new girls, new porn, new sites starts falling back to mom and pops, and a handful of providers. The ripple effects will be clear.
They are going to have to start paying for things on the internet. Just as they had to back in the late 90's and early 2000's. The 'surfer' managed to make the change ten years ago, and will have to make it again now.
This dude's report, nor the fact that free business model doesn't work, is not news. This was the same shit that happened 10 years ago when the web was new. Yet here we are. Still making money.
