Agree with most of this except the thing about people wanting it all. If they did Tubes would not be a threat. Because you can't give away "all" for free. Just little snippets.

Depends, sometimes the cost of creating the niche content is not justified by he return. Up until a few years ago the best niche content was on DVD because the returns were better. I've lost count of the number of people who have asked me to produce niche content for a fraction of the return that magazines and DVD paid.

Live cams is something we should all be looking into and hitting the income of the Tubes. We offer it for free from inside our sites. We ca afford it.

But if you're lucky enough to have an archive of content that can't be shot easily today you're sitting pretty. Astral Blue.
