If black kids start beating up on white kids because of some past incident and white kids beat up on black kids for revenge it becomes a non-stop cycle of hate.
Ghandi said "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind".
Just look at the fight between the Palestinians and Israelis, it is non-stop "you hurt me, I hurt you" and extremely destructive to their societies.
