first, i agree with the OP that it is racist to exclude black from joining the club.
but as pointed out by someone here, which i agree with, it's a PRIVATE CLUB. i mean, isn't there some sort of nazi or kkk club somewhere in the US too?
i guess that is the question... what kind of rights do you have over your own private clubs.. if federal laws apply to all people in all form of org, and if racism is against federal law then i guess it would apply to private club too?
second, i agree with escorpio's view. there is a double standard. minorities are just as racist if not more. it's not just blacks. even asians, hispanics, etc..i come from an asian background and let me tell you almost all asian parents are racist LOL
