Something I will have to check out. If you really have sleeping problems try sleeping on a normal schedule and not drinking alcohol. Alcohol actually makes it harder to sleep. Sure you black out when you drink a bunch but all that sugar and shit in it will keep you from getting deep sleep. Also going to sleep at 6am is a recipe for insomnia.
