Sounds good, but it's not the law.
I can build IAmAPlayBoy.com, and as long as I'm not marketing/designing/offering anything that could confuse a consumer into thinking my site or products are related to or connected to Playboy.com, in any way, there would not be an issue.
Of course, Playboy could file infringement all they want. But, the case is whether the consumer would be confused. if my site was all about me being a playboy in my travels around the world, then there would be no brand confusion, and thus no case.
Obviously this case is hypothetical. I won't be buying and building out that domain. Please don't hurt me, Playboy
