If you order a pizza online you will be given the chance to sign up for a netflix account and receive a $10 gift certificate for Papa Johns.

You also get your first two weeks of netflix free, the $10 card is sent to you after your netflix account bills for the first month. I think it said 7-8 weeks before you get it. I'll bump this thread as soon as I get mine.
