Fired up the Q, and roasted up another beer can chicken. This time is used Pilsner Urquell beer, instead of my normal Creemore Springs lager.

Seasoned with garlic (to plug the hole), rock salt, mixed herb, and sea weed. Served with coleslaw, cous cous, roasted veggies, and lots more Pilsner Urquell.
