Do you do all the programming on that site? Just wondering... we spoke before on another board.
My best advice is to think about those keywords and who is getting to your site and what they want... then give it to them for a price. That's how you can make a good income off it...
You could always give it to me as well and i'll develop it and we could split the profits ;)
