Not for long. If you can get iinet then you can get ADSL plans which are cheaper and only lower in speed once you pass your download limit.
What I find funny is that American internet companies were going to start limiting downloads and charging for downloading more, but there was such an outcry, and hints of lawsuits, that they didn't go ahead.
Here in Aus we know we cant do shit, so we put up with it. oh well. still like the exchange rates though
