My ONLY experience with him was exactly this. Someone that will say anything he thinks you want to hear... then make an excuse about why it didn't happen, then say what you want to hear again and just keep that cycle going.

Even when its an obvious lie like saying "Federal Express picked up those boxes today, hit me up later and i'll have the tracking number for you" when it clearly didn't happen and it's easy to verify... then say again that it happened, he knows for sure.. even when it didn't happen... then say AGAIN that it happened, that its a fact, even when it didn't happen etc.

He can lie all he wants about not knowing what i'm talking about... but uhmm... .its a pretty weird and pretty specific thing to make up right? and what? 7 years later or so, i decided to call him an idiot just for thread views?
