First you should say : No it doesn't....

and since you English is not that good i guess your Italian is even worst.

As every word ancora can change meaning based on where you position it inside the phrase.

Ancora means: more,still; yet; again; more, further or even Anchor.

But it can be used to say " keep going" " give me more, therefor "Ancora ancora"
