Sitedepth's support is pretty much non existent and the documentation is very thin, so you're really on your own.
Awiz has support, but it's not in English (so to speak). Also, when you ask questions on the forum or email support, they tend to respond with the page number in the manual that refers to your issue, rather than actually helping you. Their program would probably be great if they hired a native English speaker to thoroughly learn their program and then write a manual for it.
I had a good experience with ElevatedX. It's more expensive obviously, but it would have been less expensive to buy Elevated X out of the gate than to buy copies of Awiz first and then Sitedepth, and waste 8 months messing with them before finally ponying up the dough for the right program, which is what I did.
