with the overall lack of proof here (from bother parties) it sounds more like a story of bad communication and understanding. seems like you had more specific needs compared to the average traffic buyer, and that the seller didn't understand those needs until you were already dissatisfied. also seems like you may have been unclear as to how his traffic gets to you or where it comes from
